Leverage company-provided technology and tools (CRM, websites, premium listings). Use provided signs and lockboxes. Participate in ongoing training on trends, laws, and market conditions. Set your own hours to balance business and personal goals. Compensation and Leads Your commission is yours to keep with multiple commission plans to choose from. Company provides leads (e.g., Zillow zip code leads, OJO, Opcity, Cartus and Military referrals). Training and Support Broker managers provide support and ensure you get the best leads and assistance to close sales. You may operate across seven offices and are backed by corporate staff. Qualifications Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. 75-hour pre-license course (in person or online). Pass the state exam. A sponsoring broker (the company).
