Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Southeast Michigan (Office: Taylor, MI)
Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing complex issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring systems operate at peak performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while growing into leadership, controls, or advanced technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings, repair recommendations, and next steps.
• Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and material tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, dispatchers, and fellow technicians to resolve customer issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed.
• Continue technical development through ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
