Shift: Part Time 6:30a-3p, 2:30p-11p & 10:30p–7a
Pay: $28–$32/hour + shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care and monitor resident health
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Support a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Proficiency in electronic health records and medication software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
