At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.ResponsibilitiesThe Emergency Room Nurse will be accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.QualificationsJob Requirements:High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.Graduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent RN LicenseBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.American Heart Association or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support Certification (ACLS)American Heart Association or American Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS)National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 monthsPreferred Job Requirements:Previous acute care experience
