As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet; position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement; deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions; leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities; educate customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within established limits; demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
