QA Analyst
Join our team as a QA Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of financial applications. This hybrid role, based in the Charlotte, NC region, involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts using leading technology tools. The position is contract-based, offering opportunities to work with cutting-edge financial systems.
Develop and maintain automated test cases for financial applications. Collaborate with various teams to understand testing requirements and priorities. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Document test plans, data, and results for audit and reporting purposes.
Proficient in scripting or programming languages with a strong emphasis on Python. Recent experience in fixed income domain, including knowledge of interest rate swaps and related derivatives. Understanding of trading workflows and business validations for automated testing. Experience with test automation tools and familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and communication skills. Swaps experience as a plus.
