In 2007, Roush partnered with Henry, who also owns Major League Baseball’s Boston Red Sox, English Premier League’s Liverpool F.C., and the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, to form Roush Fenway Racing. Off the track, RFK is a leader and proven winner in NASCAR marketing solutions, having produced multiple award-winning social media, digital content, and experiential marketing campaigns. RFK is seeking a skilled Multimedia Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing the RFK Racing brand to life through bold, compelling visual storytelling across graphic design, photography, videography, and 3D rendering. This individual, who reports to the Director of Digital, oversees the end-to-end creative production pipeline, ensuring race-week deliverables, partner campaigns, and key brand moments are executed with speed, consistency, and best-in-class creative excellence. As a key steward of RFK Racing's visual identity, the Multimedia Lead will partner closely with RFK Racing’s Creative Director to elevate creative standards, challenge convention, and maintain a cohesive and premium brand presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will also collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing to transform business objectives into impactful, fan-first content and premium activations. Through this work, the Multimedia Lead will help drive engagement, create commercial value, and further position RFK Racing as one of the sport's most innovative and culturally relevant brands. Duties Lead creation of static graphics, motion graphics, 3D renders, video and photography for RFK's digital platforms, maintaining consistent visual and brand identity across all output. Coordinate content across every screen it needs to live on team channels, driver channels, partner channels and any owned/operated or third-party platform for a consistent cross-platform presentation. Own production of weekly race-week graphic needs (Paint Preview, Shop Photos, Tune-In Graphics, TV Schedules, Stat Graphics, Quote Graphics) and set the standard other vendors follow. Build out 3D rendering capability for the team pre-visualized paint schemes, car/product renders for partner reveals, virtual mockups for sponsor pitches, and any augmented or CGI-assisted content requests. Manage relationships and deliverables with external vendors and partners NASCAR Digital Media, contractors, etc., including scoping requests and reviewing final assets. Collaborate with the licensing and retail team on visuals for store promotions and product launches. Use platform and content-performance data to inform creative decisions, evaluate what's working, and adjust production priorities accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with creative director, drivers, crew, partner marketing teams and outside contributors involved in shoots or productions. Skills Advanced proficiency in 3D/motion and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator, Blender, Frame.io a plus. Project Management software experience, preferably Monday.com Strong photography and videography portfolio across both produced and run-and-gun / trackside styles. Comfortable balancing creative vision with data-informed decisions and operational deadlines. Excellent grammar and creative writing skills for captions, scripts and partner-facing materials. Strong planning, project management and organizational skills; able to run multiple concurrent productions. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and race travel.
