This is a high-accountability seat for a leader who thinks in KPIs, builds strong teams, and is energized by scaling an organization while keeping it financially sound.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic growth plans across all service linesDrive census growth, referral development, and program expansion initiativesBuild relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and managed care plansIdentify new revenue opportunities, grants, contracts, and strategic partnershipsLeadership & OperationsProvide overall leadership and direction for the organizationBuild, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing leadership teamConduct regular strategy meetings with department heads focused on growth and performanceCreate a culture of accountability, excellence, innovation, and serviceFinancial Stewardship & Strategic PlanningPartner closely with the CFO to ensure financial sustainabilityReview profitability, productivity, reimbursement trends, collections, and staffing ratiosDevelop KPI-driven performance metrics across all departmentsServe as the organization's ambassador to the community, government agencies, referral sources, and healthcare partnersCompliance & QualityEnsure compliance with healthcare regulatory and licensing requirementsOversee audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activitiesPromote a culture of ethical and compliant operationsQualificationsExecutive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit management, or related fieldsDemonstrated success growing organizations, programs, revenue, and censusStrong understanding of reimbursement, managed care, and healthcare operationsExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing leadership staffProven ability to implement KPI-driven management systems and accountability structuresExcellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning skillsInterested?
