Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Lead Schedule: Full Time Pay Range: $29.00 - $37.00 / Hourly Shift: Day shift Hours: 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5 About this role Job Summary: Reporting to the physician and the practice manager, the LPN Team Lead provides comprehensive care for patients, is responsible for ensure nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies, and professional organizations. The LPN Team Lead provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the medical assistant, overseeing and coordinating their work in regard to ensuring smooth, competent clinical care, and efficient workflow. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of professional accredited nursing school required. Experience: Previous Endocrinology experience helpful Licensure and/or Certification: Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required. Skills: --- Knowledge of the Electronic Medical Record (GE Centricity) --- Ability to maintain confidential information --- Strong interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person --- Strong multitasking skills needed --- Excellent customer service skills. --- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. --- Computer skills required. --- Ability to maintain confidential information.
