Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and responses. Tracking, documenting, and celebrating patient improvements and milestones. Qualifications Current state licensure or certification. Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with experience accepted. Skills And Attributes Strong assessment and communication skills. Ability to adapt therapy plans and work collaboratively. Passion for helping patients overcome speech and communication challenges. Key Duties Providing compassionate, evidence-based speech therapy.
