We’re looking for a reliable and organized Entry-Level Chart Retrieval Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping healthcare partners securely gather patient charts for audits and reviews.

What You’ll Do

Request medical charts from provider offices
Track chart retrieval progress using online portals
Upload and organize documentation into systems
Troubleshoot missing or incomplete charts
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
