Experienced Sales & Service Electrician

MK Power is seeking an experienced Service Electrician to join our growing team. We provide residential and commercial electrical service throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for a professional who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial electrical issues
• Perform service calls, repairs, and maintenance
• Install and replace electrical panels, breakers, lighting, receptacles, switches, and related equipment
• Complete service upgrades, dedicated circuits, EV charger installations, and small electrical projects
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with customers
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and jobsite
• Complete digital work orders, notes, and photos
• Represent MK Power professionally on every job

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential and/or commercial electrical service experience
• Utah Journeyman Electrician License preferred. Applicants should have a proven residential and commercial service background with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete service work independently. Experienced Utah apprentices with at least four years in the trade and equivalent service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working in both residential and commercial electrical systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
