Accounting Specialist

Position at JBS USA

Location: Omaha

Reporting to: Payroll Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

Perform daily Kronos timesheet adjustments in an accurate manner
Process vacation and pay adjustment requests as directed
Weekly/monthly payroll reports and audits
Back up other duties in the accounting office as needed

Experience Required:

2-3 years of payroll related experience
Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry preferred but not required

Skills/Abilities Required:

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel
Experience with Kronos /UKG and SAP preferred but not required
Must be able to multitask and possess strong detail oriented analytical abilities
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
Effective verbal and written communication skills
