Our New Home Consultants help families achieve homeownership, guiding homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI method to deliver results and exceptional service. What you’ll do Guide homebuyers through the homebuying journey using the LGI way to deliver results and outstanding customer service. Represent LGI Homes with a professional approach, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales performance. Qualifications Proven sales track record with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving strong results. Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients face-to-face or over the phone. Experience in a commission-based role is preferred. Weekend work is a required aspect of this position. Compensation and Benefits Unlimited earning potential with competitive commissions and an aggressive bonus structure. Car and phone allowance included. Paid training and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision). 4% match on a 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. Strong company culture focused on training, goal-setting, and recognition. Commission and Bonus Structure Commission: 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000; 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000.
