Your responsibilities will include:Receiving deliveries and efficiently breaking down and sorting pallets.Stocking shelves, cutting box-tops, and rotating stock to maintain organization.Picking bulk orders and ensuring the stocking area, tags, and location stickers are well-maintained.Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.Partnering with the warehouse team and following supervisor direction to maximize efficiency.Safely and competently operating a forklift, including all required technology, and any other materials handling equipment in the warehouse.Performing all tasks safely, to the best of your ability, and in a timely manner.Who We're Looking For:We're seeking a dedicated and organized individual ready to thrive in our dynamic environment.Required Skills & Abilities:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.Understanding of and ability to follow warehouse practices and procedures.Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.Physically able to access all areas of the warehouse.Open to receiving on-the-job training by supervisory personnel.Must be able to report to work on time and ready to work, as well as be available for overtime when requested.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent is required.1 year of experience doing similar work is preferred.Physical Demands of the Role:This role involves consistent physical activity in a distribution environment.
