A Franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, a wildly successful and fast-growing restaurant chain specializing in New York-style buffalo wings, is looking for SERVERS . We have opportunities available for enthusiastic people with a passion for creating guest loyalty!

JOB PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this position is to Inspire Legendary Experiences for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Read table to provide a unique, personalized experience to Guests through personal connections and genuine interactions. Engage in conversations supporting current sports events and other promotional activities and/or areas of interest.
• Encourage guests to participate in the Blazin Rewards loyalty program or make additional product purchases to increase ticket sales
• Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Correctly take orders from Guest, enter all orders and request into the Point of Sale system for accurate inventory and communication with Heart of the House
• Serving of food and beverages to Guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction - Inform Managers as needed
• Remove dishes and glassware from tables
• Collect and accurately process Guest payments
• Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and Managers
• Service, cleanliness and operational responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by management

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Utilize excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests
• Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute team/company objectives
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issues
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time including sitting, standing, lifting and bending

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands for this position are stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
