Shift Manager

Overview Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, customer communications, and final paperwork in accordance with safety rules and company standards. Responsibilities Write estimates for collision repairs and prepare repair plans Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles Finalize customer paperwork, DRP, final invoicing, and post-repair communications Coordinate with customers and team to ensure timelines and quality Maintain compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards Qualifications 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must be 21 years or older Valid driver\'s license and eligible for company insurance coverage Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting over 50 lbs, bending, squatting, reach) Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Strong understanding of repair processes/procedures Ability to understand written and verbal instructions; prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits/Perks Benefits from day one: medical, dental, and vision Paid training and I-CAR certification Career growth opportunities Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
