The Front-end Loader Operator plays a critical role in operating heavy machinery to move materials safely and efficiently on-site. Working within a small team and directly reporting to the site supervisor, the operator is responsible for handling load operations and performing routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. This role requires on-site presence and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader equipment to handle materials
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Inspect loader for mechanical issues before and after use
• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
• Ensure safe operation and load handling at all times

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in heavy machinery operation
