Position Overview: This role involves working on a major new state-of-the-art electro-mechanical machine. The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of experience in schematic entry and electrical assembly, with a good understanding of electrical schematics and terminology. The role supports electrical engineers on the project. Responsibilities: Schematics: Generate and update electrical schematics of machines. Proficiency in schematic entry is essential. Familiarity with Electra E7 is a plus, but not required; proficiency with Microsoft Visio is necessary. Schematics are created from verbal discussions and sketches with engineers, and must be well-organized, follow good design practices, and be suitable for prototype and production manufacturing. Wiring / Assembly: Assemble and wire prototype machines, troubleshoot electrical circuits, and mechanical functions of devices. Experience and proficiency in electrical wiring and assembly are required. Testing: Participate in device testing and verification under the supervision of lead engineers. Qualifications: An associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or CAD is desirable but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong design capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Visio is required; experience with Electra E7 is a plus. Experience in electrical wiring and assembly.
