Clinical Medical Assistant

Clinical Medical Assistant Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, providing essential clinical and administrative support in a busy primary care setting. Support both front and back office operations, including greeting and rooming patients Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient communications Take vital signs and record clinical information accurately Draw blood and perform venipuncture procedures Administer vaccines and other clinical support tasks as needed Maintain a collaborative relationship with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Assist with health education and outreach initiatives within the clinic setting Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship Certification as a Medical Assistant strongly preferred Proficiency in phlebotomy, venipuncture, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Excellent computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferably experienced in women's health and occupational medicine, including pre-employment physicals, drug testing, and OSHA exams (not required) DEA certification preferred Ability to work with patients aged 2 and above for acute visits, and 12 and above for primary care Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekday options in October Previous experience managing documentation related to workers' compensation is a plus Schedule availability for shifts during October dates, including day shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Bring your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to a team committed to improving health outcomes.
