Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technician Join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician, dedicated to making communities healthier. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living. Provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggest modifications to the treatment plan. Provide crisis intervention at incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. Handle with Care (HWC) certification within 45 days of hire. CNA Preferred Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
