RN Registered Nurse - Sign On Bonus $5,000 - Afternoons

Compensation Base wage $35.15 – $39.00 per hour based on years of certification plus $3.40 per hour hero pay and $1.25 per hour shift premium for afternoons and midnight shifts. Yearly wage increases. Sign‑on bonus $5,000 with expedited payout: $3,000 paid at 6 months of employment and $2,000 paid at 1 year of employment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications per physician’s orders and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, encouraging a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving. Qualifications Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems regarding well‑being. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done. Licensed RN required.
