Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of client projects involving technology implementations, business process improvements, and project support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to help translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in developing business process documentation, workflows, and process maps to support project goals.
• Support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
• Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist with data validation, reporting accuracy, and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Participate in the design and implementation of technology solutions that address business needs.
• Assist with project management activities, including project planning, status tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct basic gap analyses and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support user testing, training, and implementation activities during project deployments.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with tracking action items and deliverables.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related business, technology, or project support role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques. Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business and project tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus but not required.

Travel Requirements

Travel is required approximately 40-50% of the year.
