Hours for this position:Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and an occasional Saturday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PMLocation Requirement: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jonesville, FL.Relocation: Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance. Assists with the configuration and deployment of hardware and software while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. This entry-level IT Support Technician role works under the guidance of experienced team members and management to support day-to-day IT operations.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesExemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityResponsible for front-line phone, email, and service desk support ticket requests for phone, network, workstations, software, and other systemsAssists with hardware lifecycle activities, including workstation deployment, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repair, and decommissioning; may include travel to remote Service Centers as neededWorks with end users and vendors to diagnose and resolve service desk tickets and incidents and escalates to higher level staff when necessary; follows up with end users to ensure complete resolution of issuesSupports the creation and maintenance of internal IT documentation, procedures, and solution referencesAssures prompt response and resolution of member support requests in accordance with established service level expectationsParticipates in continuous professional development by building technical skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experienceEnsures all hardware and software is properly secured, up to date, and scanned for security vulnerabilities prior to deploymentEnsures all end-user devices with admin configuration access (remote) are password protected using the minimum password requirements.
