Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week onsite is must) Job Type: W2 Contract Contract length: 1+ year Experience Level: Intermediate / Senior Must Have Skills Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience with Sales and Service Cloud. Description Designs, develops, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes. Provides senior level technical expertise in custom development, integrations, and platform optimization while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions. Role Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce technical designs. Lead development of workflows, automation, validation rules, and custom objects. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics solutions. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development and security best practices. Technical Qualifications 7+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting tools. Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processes. Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., Guidewire, SAP, ImageRight).
