School Occupational Therapist | Chandler, Arizona

You'll collaborate with students, educators, and families to foster academic and functional success, ensuring every learner receives personalized care. Desired Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Arizona OT licensure
• IVP fingerprint clearance card (time-sensitive requirement for onboarding)
• Experience or comfort working with school-aged children, Pre-K-12th grade
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt across various school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students' motor, adaptive, and sensory integration needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor progress and support student goals
• Maintain clear and timely documentation according to district and legal standards
• Provide therapy services to assigned schools (number of campuses assigned TBD)
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment
