Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Sterling Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Wellsley Park at Deane Hill in Knoxville, TN. You will greet and tour prospective residents, highlight features, prepare lease documents and manage applications with the Property Manager. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in property management, retail, or sales, with proficiency in MS Office and preferably Yardi.
