Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Utah and Nevada. The position involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information about Beehive Broadband’s services, and assisting with account setup, changes, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving service issues, documenting interactions in customer systems, and following established procedures to ensure timely and effective support. The role also includes coordinating with technical and billing teams when needed, maintaining a positive and professional tone, and contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Representatives are expected to uphold company standards for responsiveness, reliability, and courtesy in every interaction. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service and support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive customer experience. Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representative or similar positions in telecommunications, technology, or related industries. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or service-related information in simple, accessible terms. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy. Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems, and basic proficiency with common office software and online tools. Ability to work on-site in LakePoint, Utah, maintain punctuality and reliability, and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or telecommunications is beneficial. Prior experience in fiber, broadband, or internet services is a plus, along with a commitment to learning Beehive Broadband’s products and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
