Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OR Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience and a strong background in charge nurse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Epic charting system and have prior experience in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub nurse, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.
Collaborate with surgical teams including surgeons, anesthetists, and other nursing staff.
Monitor patient vital signs and manage post-operative care.
Maintain a complete and accurate surgical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license (Compact license required).
ACLS certification.
Minimum of one year of OR experience.
Experience with specific surgical procedures such as laparoscopic, open surgeries, and general orthopedics.
