Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. This position oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining event inventory, as well as coordinating order preparation, loading, and returns. The role manages scheduling and workflows for warehouse staff, ensures safe handling and storage of high-end furnishings and décor, and maintains accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Operations Manager partners with sales, logistics, and event teams to meet delivery timelines, uphold quality standards, and support exceptional client experiences. The role also identifies process improvements, implements operational best practices, and enforces safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Warehouse Management skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day workflows and process optimization. Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills, including tracking, auditing, and maintaining accurate stock levels for multiple product lines. Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills, including staff scheduling, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused culture. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to support internal teams and contribute to a high-end client experience. Relevant experience in event rentals, hospitality, or logistics is beneficial. Ability to lift and move event inventory as needed and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with warehouse or inventory management software are preferred.
