Bowl Attendant

Job Description At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for Guests by providing a warm welcome, serving as their information source for all activities and specials, and ensuring a memorable experience. They use multiple systems to perform their job, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and create an engaging atmosphere for all patrons. Daily Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and engage guests as a friendly ambassador. Promote and recommend activities based on guests’ needs and availability. Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls. Issue and clean bowling shoes, maintaining shoe organization. Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection. Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards. Process payment transactions and greet guests upon return. Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; complete side duties as needed. Position Requirements Prior food, beverage, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Guest‑focused mindset. Strong teamwork orientation. Excellent problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple business‑supporting systems. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
