HR Generalist: Talent, Payroll & Employee Experience

Basic Fun! is seeking an HR Generalist to shape the employee experience at our Boca Raton headquarters. You will partner with leaders to drive recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations while helping scale our growing global brand. In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate HRIS records (Paycom preferred), and implement process improvements to enhance engagement and compliance across the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Basic Fun, Inc.
