As a GNA Instructor, You Will:

• Lead classroom and clinical training sessions on patient care, infection control, safety, and communication skills.

• Create a welcoming, encouraging learning environment.

• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.

• Evaluate and guide students throughout their learning journey.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal training regulations.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to provide hands-on learning opportunities.

• Stay updated on healthcare industry best practices and training standards.

What You Need to Join Us:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (Maryland)

• 2+ years of nursing experience caring for elderly or chronically ill patients (within the last 5 years)

• Completed a 16-hour adult education course or 2+ years of teaching experience

• Completed Maryland’s Train the Trainer course

• Prior supervisory experience

• Ability to teach both classroom and clinical components
