Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become a key member of our expanding team of imaging professionals dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts scanning
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, thoroughly explaining each step in a compassionate manner
• Partner closely with radiologists and referring medical personnel to deliver superior diagnostic imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment while promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures and patient records in our electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications:

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
