Scheduleappointmentsbetweendoctorsandpatients. Liaisebetweeninsuranceproviders,patients,andphysicians. AssistwithCommunityEducationandorMarketingprojectsfortheoffice ProvidedirectadministrativeassistancetothePracticeManager Activelyspeakupandprovidepatientsafetyandpatientexperiencerecommendations Adhere to company-wide policy and procedures Requirements 1-3years’ExperienceatahealthcarefacilityinaMedicalReceptionistorFrontdesk role preferred. Workingknowledgeofmedicalterminology,HIPAAregulations,ICDandCPTcoding(highly preferred). Meticulousattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomulti-task. Strongorganizational,administrative,andplanningskills.
