Director of Business Development

Driving enterprise-level sales for the "Brand Logistics" division, the full-time salaried Director of Business Development will identify and acquire mid-market and enterprise B2B accounts while designing integrated programs that combine custom merchandise sourcing with assembly, kitting, and distribution capabilities, all in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire mid-market and enterprise B2B accounts requiring multi-component kitting programs Partner with client leadership to design end-to-end brand logistics programs, balancing merchandise selection and shipping strategies Maintain an active pipeline in CRM, accurately forecast quarterly revenue, and meet or exceed gross margin targets Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise promotional products or specialized 3PL/kitting fulfillment services Proven history of closing high-value B2B contracts with an average annual contract value of $100,000 or more Understanding of corporate swag portals, e-commerce platforms, and basic API integrations Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with C-suite and VP-level buyers Familiarity with online swag portals and custom packaging design
