JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising

landscape crew members, coordinating daily landscaping activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and according to company standards. This role requires leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Supervise and lead landscape crew members on job sites o Coordinate daily work assignments and project schedules o Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to landscaping plans o Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely o Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and safety practices o Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management o Maintain a safe and organized work environment o Perform landscaping duties including planting, mulching, mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and hardscape installation o Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly maintained o Interact professionally with customers and address questions or concerns on-site \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: o Previous landscaping experience required o Prior supervisory or crew lead experience preferred o Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and safety procedures o Ability to read landscape designs and work orders preferred o Valid driver\'s license preferred o Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions o Strong communication and leadership skills o Reliable attendance and strong work ethic \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: View email address on jobs.institutedata.com Call For Appointment: View phone number on jobs.institutedata.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
