SAP Coordinator

Position Details Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Rate: $25+/hr DOE Location: Boise, ID Position Type: Full Time Benefits Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Principal Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task listsSupport bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews Requirements Hands‑on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity Associate Degree Preferences Experience supporting facilities or manufacturing maintenance programs Prior exposure to regulated environments (OSHA, EPA, PSM) is a plus Experience working within formal data governance or Management of Change frameworks Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
