Data-Video Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

Capture synchronized head-mounted video and high-fidelity smartphone sensor data while performing specified physical tasks to create training data that improves next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on reliable, protocol-driven collection of motion and video data from a first-person perspective. No prior AI experience is required; subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and consistent delivery matter most.

• Record synchronized IMU sensor data and video while performing assigned physical tasks using a compatible smartphone and a head-mounted camera setup.
• Use supported devices for high-fidelity data capture: iPhone 12 and later, Google Pixel 6 and later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 and later.
• Follow detailed technical protocols to meet quality, labeling, and determinism standards for each submission.
• Deliver a minimum of 10 hours of approved video data per week for the duration of the project.
• Perform required device compatibility checks and participate in a custom AI-enabled interview process prior to starting work.
• Communicate with the project team to clarify guidelines, report issues, and provide feedback on the data collection process.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of data outputs according to project milestones.

• Access to a compatible smartphone capable of collecting high-fidelity sensor and video data, specifically iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6 or later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later.
• Access to a head strap or similar head-mounted camera setup that allows first-person recording of both hands; must be available within 48 hours of the start date.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standardized technical protocols and detailed instructions accurately.
• Proven reliability in delivering consistent output in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and documentation.
• High digital literacy and experience using mobile devices for recording and uploading content.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive movement tasks safely and accurately.
• Note: Applications submitted with a Gmail address are strongly preferred for tool integration.

• Employment type: Contractor.
• Location: Remote. Experts must be based in one of the following countries in Western and Eastern Europe: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
• Minimum commitment: Consistently contribute at least 10 hours of approved video data per week throughout the project.
• Equipment requirements: Tasks must be performed from a mobile device and recorded directly from that device. A head-mounted camera (head strap) is required to capture first-person video of physical tasks.
• Device checks and interview: Candidates must complete device compatibility checks and a custom AI-enabled interview before receiving tasks.
• Start timeline: Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. If selected, you should be prepared to begin your first task roughly within 24 hours of completing onboarding.

• Listed rate: $10 - $10 per hour.
• Primary pay structure: Output-based, paid per recorded video that meets project specifications. The actual time needed to complete assigned recordings will vary by individual workflow and experience.
