We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Training and Development Manager. Job Summary Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs that support the credit union's strategic objectives and help promote a culture of learning. This role will oversee organizational development initiatives and collaborate with leadership to ensure staff are equipped with knowledge and skills to succeed in a member-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy Leads the planning and delivery of training initiatives, including onboarding, leadership and soft skills enhancements. Participates in development of department goals, objectives, systems and cost controls. Develops and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training requirements are documented and monitored for all employees. Managing training budgets, vendor relationships, and external learning resources. Oversees development and distribution of internal monthly employee newsletter Supervise and mentor training specialist, providing guidance and support to maximize impact. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in training and development, including leadership experience. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and blended learning models. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Financial services or credit union experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
