Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 4 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Supervise and delegate care to healthcare staff as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Scrubs: Nurses - Navy; PCA - Light Blue; Sitter - Burgundy.
