Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist License
• Experience in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week expected
• Coverage area includes Macoupin, Montgomery, and surrounding counties
• Responsibilities include PT evaluations, treatments, data collection, overseeing PTA, and participation in case conference and care coordination
