In the role of Technology Adoption Lead, we'll count on you to: Develop training materials for automation toolsLead virtual and in-person training sessions across Central Texas officesWork directly with users across business groups (Transportation, Resources, Water, Architectural, Federal, and Building Engineering Services) to identify opportunities for automation and AICommunicate ongoing technology updates from corporate technology to local usersScope automation and AI initiatives with Business Class Leadership and Operational LeadershipDevelop and execute software testing strategies and plans, ensuring quality assurance and validation of digital toolsTranslate user needs into clearly defined problem statements, pilot scopes, test cases, and adoption plansPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineeringExperience supporting or leading the development of enterprise-level applications, applying modern software practices to deliver reliable, high-quality solutionsExperience with Autodesk Revit and related design workflowsDemonstrated experience defining and implementing software testing frameworks, including test strategy, standards, and validation processes across multiple tools or projectsExperience driving technology adoption at scale, including rollout planning, user engagement, and measuring success through usage metricsExperience serving in a product owner or product manager role, including backlog prioritization and aligning development with user needsExperience developing and delivering training programs with a focus on driving adoption and embedding tools into daily workflowsExperience using tools such as Power BI to track adoption, performance, and key usage metricsExperience evaluating or implementing AI and automation tools through pilots, working sessions, or structured deployment efforts#LI-KT1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedKnowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProficient with Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
