Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute trade shows and conferences (booth logistics, shipping, on-site support, lead capture) to build brand awarenessCoordinate creation of marketing content (white papers, website updates, collateral) by working with freelancers or agenciesManage basic digital marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, website maintenance, and performance tracking)Prepare early sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, lead tracking spreadsheets)Handle day-to-day project management, including promotional review/compliance coordination and asset organizationSupport overall brand-building initiativesQualifications25 years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, medtech, or healthcareHands-on involvement with events or trade shows is a strong plusFamiliarity with regulated environments and scientific content is helpful but not requiredStrong organizational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesProficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva or basic design software, and social media platformsBachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldTHIS POSITION IS LOCAL TO CHARLESTON SC ONLY.
