Company Description KMOV-TV, known as First Alert 4, is a trusted and award-winning television station in St. Louis. First operational in 1954, it has a legacy of producing high-quality local news and lifestyle programming, including morning and afternoon shows like "Great Day St. Louis" and "My St. Louis LIVE." Now part of Gray Television, Inc. since 2021, the station has a strong presence across multimedia platforms where digital content contributes significantly to revenue. With numerous accolades, including regional Emmy and Edward R. Murrow awards, KMOV-TV continues its commitment to excellence in broadcasting from its state-of-the-art facilities in Maryland Heights. In 2024, the station celebrated 70 years of service to the St. Louis community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. The Senior Promotions Producer will lead the creation of promotional content for broadcasts, digital platforms, and other multimedia channels. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing high-quality video promotions, collaborating with teams across departments, and ensuring content aligns with the station's branding and strategic goals. The role requires innovative storytelling, editing, and writing to effectively engage the audience while driving viewership and brand loyalty within the competitive television market. Qualifications Experience in Video Production and TV Production, with proficiency in editing and post-production software. Strong background in Broadcast Television and Broadcasting, including an understanding of industry standards and practices. Proven skills in Writing, specifically for promotional or creative marketing content. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of audience engagement strategies across various multimedia platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
