Deliver personalized support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Who We’re Looking For:

No prior customer service or insurance experience required
High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome!)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic tech tools
18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable, self-motivated , and eager to grow professionally
