As a General Manager at McDonald’s, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest service and driving business success. Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management. Train, coach and motivate the team. Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs. Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety. Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. Qualifications HSD or GED preferred. Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members). 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US Military Service. A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace. Strong customer service and support focus. Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs. Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
