Content Operations Lead

Owning client content management, the full-time Content Operations Lead will oversee content calendars, assign tasks to writers, and ensure quality editing of all materials in a fully remote role open to candidates in Latin America and Europe, working in the EST timezone. Key responsibilities Manage content calendars for all active accounts, ensuring deadlines are met Assign and brief writers, aligning tasks with their strengths Edit all content before it reaches a Client Success Manager, ensuring quality standards are met Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in editing or managing content, preferably in an agency or SEO/content marketing environment Strong editorial skills with the ability to identify issues in structure, voice, logic, and accuracy Proficiency in using AI tools, particularly Claude Code, for content creation and management Demonstrated proactive ownership and organizational skills in managing multiple projects Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and SEO platforms is a plus
