Gold Coast Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance, growth, and patient experience of multiple dental offices across our region. Title Dental Regional Manager Job Description Operational Excellence Drive growth in general dentistry, specialty services, hygiene, and collections across all regional practices. Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and achievement of regional financial goals. Analyze internal processes, monitor industry trends, and implement improvements for efficiency and cost control. Oversee facility maintenance and safety, ensuring a clean and secure environment. Monitor and report on key performance metrics; ensure all practices operate smoothly and efficiently. Supervise billing, collections, and ensure HIPAA compliance is maintained. Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure a premium patient experience. Ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and insurance plan requirements. Collaborate with the executive team to align progress with regional and company-wide targets. Evaluate and implement additional providers and services, including General Dentistry, Hygiene, and Specialty care. Personnel Leadership Conduct annual performance evaluations for regional employees. Manage staffing levels, approve schedules, and oversee time off and vacation requests. Coach, develop, and manage staff to support professional growth and team cohesion. Provide leadership to ensure dental teams meet or exceed production and performance goals. Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met across all practices. Support clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of care and operational efficiency.
