Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications 2+ years of automotive sales experience required BMW experience strongly preferred. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. Great attitude with high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Maryland driver license and a good driving record. The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60’000-$110’000.
